Net Neutrality Graffiti

I made this piece around the height of the Net Neutrality tensions, before it was repealed. The piece consists of a multi-layer spray paint mask, which I painstakingly cut out with an Xacto knife. The bottom layer is a functional QR code that directs a viewer to a site that gives more information on the topic and how to petition against it. The second and third layers are a loading symbol combined with a Comcast logo. Comcast was one of the large corporations who benefit from the lack of net neutrality laws.
